Q. Will a debt management program stop collection calls?
A. Collection calls usually stop after the third consecutive payment on the debt management program. If you continue to receive collection calls after your creditor has posted three consecutive payments, please contact us by e-mail with the name of the creditor and the last four digits of the account number to allow us an opportunity to investigate. Please keep in mind, your creditors are often large, complex organizations; sometimes the department that is calling you has not been notified about your enrollment status.

The REAL SOLUTION:

DAAN equipped companies If you have a particular debt relief agency in mind, check their FAQs. If they don't have an answer about how long collection calls will continue, call them and ask. If they tell you to just refer all collectors to them, this means "you handle the calls". That will prove to be a less-than-pleasant experience when friends or family are present. Or, simply choose a DAAN-equipped company and relax!!!  2 SECONDS!
